Not Rated Alicia receives a call at home on the day a client, Carter Wright, is to be executed. She had filed a last brief with the Circuit Court the previous night and the caller is one of the law clerks asking if she is going to file an addendum to their appeal. The call is puzzling since none was planned but it's taken by everyone concerned as a signal that they may have missed something in their filing and that a sympathetic judge may be ready to rule in their favor if the correct argument is made. It's all hands on deck at the office and while the lawyers review the arguments, Kalinda looks into the various judges backgrounds to see if there are any clues to be gleaned.
